Lunch: a really big cobb salad
Snack: a peach and two string cheeses, a few nuts
Dinner: 1 cup of ground beef, 2 enrolladitos of ham and cheese, a mango

I love outdoors running! There’s just so much to take in, so much to see. You can people watch or admire the scenery and mother nature and the green trees calm you down. Beats running on a treadmill anytime!
